On May 25, Hyundai Canada was proud to announce its multi-year partnership with the National Hockey League Players Association (NHLPA), as well as the National Hockey League (NHL). Hyundai Canada therefore becomes the official automotive partner of the NHL and the AJLNH!
Since 2010, Hyundai Canada has been committed to supporting several community programs to facilitate access to hockey for young people from marginalized communities. Don Romano, President and CEO of Hyundai Canada said, "At Hyundai, we are always looking to build a meaningful connection with our customers, and this partnership, with Canada's premier sports league, allows us to strengthen our commitment, not only to our customers, but also to Canadians, from coast to coast, who share the same love that Hyundai has for hockey”.
Additionally, Hyundai has seen an increase in interest in the brand and are very excited to partner with a major sports league!
We can expect the partnership to begin in the 2022-2023 season as early as next fall.
